TAA COMPLIANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Harvatek Corporation ("Harvatek") hereby certifies that the products manufactured and sold by Harvatek are compliant with the requirements of the Trade Agreements Act (TAA) of 1979 (19 U.S.C. § 2501 et seq.) and are eligible for sale to the United States Government.

Our products are manufactured in Taiwan, which is a signatory to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement (WTO GPA). Therefore, Taiwan is recognized as a "Designated Country" under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR 52.225-5).

Harvatek confirms that its products are either wholly manufactured in Taiwan or have undergone substantial transformation in Taiwan, resulting in a new and different article of commerce with a name, character, or use distinct from the original materials.

As such, Harvatek products are exempt from the "Buy American Act" restrictions for procurements subject to the TAA and are eligible to be listed on GSA Schedule contracts.
